I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing, friendly, and always went out of their way to assist me. I loved the location; it was very close to the beach, shops and only a few minutes' walk to the bus stop, providing easy transportation to the city of Chania. Cleanliness was also a highlight, with all premises being maintained carefully. The breakfast was delicious, and there were daily activities to keep everyone entertained.
Nothing negative to say.

The hotel was very quiet and safe even though all the rooms were full. It's a nice place to stay. It's close to Platanias beach and fairly close to many other places that are nice-to-see. Meticulous cleaning by the cleaning staff. Very nice pool.
The reception staff was not existent. We arrived on Sunday morning and there was noone there until late noon. On our departure, on Staurday morning (08:10) there was noone that could issue our receipt. They had to send it by regular mail. The reception would open after 0900 and the ship was leaving at 1000 (the port is more than 45 minutes drive from the hotel).

The hotel is excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail throughout. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and commercial area, making it convenient for evening activities. The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to ensure guests have a fantastic stay. The rooms are modern, spacious, and clean, with all necessary amenities, including a kettle and hairdryer. The balconies offer stunning views of the surroundings.
All aspects of the hotel were great, nothing to improve.

The facilities are quite comfortable, beautiful and clean, and the buffet breakfast really good value. It takes only few minutes to walk to Platanias main road and the beach. The pool area of the hotel looks also nice. Unfortunately we didn't use it because the weather was exceptionally cold in mid-April 2011.
The airconditioner (=heater) in our room did not function. Finding the hotel was not easy and took time, there aren't any proper signs. Hint: take the narrow road uphill from the Platanias main road at the corner of Zephyros restaurant.

This hotel was an absolute Cretan gem! The location was perfect, just a short walk to both the beach and the bustling commercial area. And speaking of the beach, it was stunning! The rooms were modern and spacious, with all the necessary amenities, and some even had a fantastic view from the balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that we had an amazing holiday. One highlight was the delicious and varied food available at the restaurant, with traditional Greek dishes and different options every day. We also loved the fact that there were plenty of sunbeds by the pool, so no need to wake up early to reserve one. this hotel provided excellent value for money, and we are already planning to come back with our family next year.
All was fabulous, no improvements needed

The location was great, close to lots of shops and local restaurants. The room was spacious and clean with a nice view. The staff was helpful and friendly, always willing to assist in any way they could.
The food choices were limited and the quality was poor. The drinks were not good either and the coffee was always cold.

Great hotel. Excellent room, very clean and tidy. Polite staff, the location is ideal as it isnt right on main street with the noise and the traffic. Room was quite spacious, with extra sofa, table and 4 chairs, sink, kitchen and fridge. There's a balcony to chill too.

Ok hotel in quiet suroundings within walking distance from beach and tourist centrum or up to the old town. Nice view. Suitable for families. Not too big a complex with all rooms faceing the pool. Nice, well equiped rooms in delicate colours. Good bed (kingsize one bed, not 2 singles). Quite often change of towels and bedspread. More than enough of sunbeds available. Serviceminded staff. All in all a recomandable hotel in Platanias.
Too many children for the vacation we were looking for. Internet connection vary a lot and were margine at the rooms.
